Our mission

Most AI research tools were designed for consumer brands. Healthcare buyers — pharma marketing teams, medtech product groups, hospital insights leaders, healthcare ad agencies — have been forced to retrofit those tools for regulated environments, or fall back on incumbent vendors with 8–12 week turnaround per study.

Neither option works at the cadence healthcare research actually needs. The team

Founded by leadership from McKinsey & Company and Samsara. Our founder is a Harvard MBA and Yale Electrical Engineering alum who led research and product engagements at McKinsey. Healthcare research advisors include former pharma medical affairs leaders, clinical research operations veterans, and academic medicine practitioners.

The origin

Carevoices is a healthcare-specialized brand from the team behind User Intuition — a generalist AI research platform with 200+ research engagements across consumer brands, SaaS, and healthcare. After two years of running research across many verticals, the patterns were clear: healthcare buyers operate under structural constraints (BAA requirements, identifier stripping, Sunshine Act handling, IRB-aware workflows) that no horizontal AI research tool addresses. Delivering on the cadence and rigor healthcare research demands requires purpose-built infrastructure.
